blacksheep
Ok so my right side handlebar has more vibration than my left. Left hand fine right hand numb after short rides. Where should I start looking. Thanks
redxxrdr
Seriously, Riding position. Elbows in, closer to your chest. But considering your other bikes, this may not be the problem. mechanically, tire balance, or worn chain. Chain wear will sneak up on you. Just one or two sticking links will give you a small vibration. But you won't really know until you change it. I did a chain and countershaft sprocket change recently. I had forgotten how smooth the XX is.
blackhawkxx
Ok so my right side handlebar has more vibration than my left. That seems very strange. Does it always happen at any speed, just going straight or around turns? More details would help.
EVLXX
Hmmm...do to his lack of correspondence, I guess more than just his hand went numb.
jon haney
I always had just my right hand go numb after a few miles. This is on almost every bike I've owned. Just figured it was because I had to keep holding the throttle, and I could actually relax a little more on the clutch hand. A "Throttle Rocker" has pretty much solved the problem. $10-15 and done. blacksheep
Sorry between work and vacation I've had no time to ride. I will have a chance to change riding position in 2 weeks. Planning 4 day excursion to northern Pennsylvania, that should give me time to work on position and also looking into some kind of throttle assist.
