Furbird
1998 Chevrolet Silverado 2WD, Vortec 5.7l V8 (350), automatic, 192k miles, fiberglass hard bed cover, factory GM bedliner, tow package with helper springs added in the rear. Transmission was rebuilt and radiator replaced (2010), tires are fairly new (date coded 18th week of 2013), windshield has no cracks. Recent repairs (within last 3 months): Pitman arm (steering), front brake pads, rear brake shoes, rear wheel cylinders, rear axle seals, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, all new radiator and heater hoses, driver's inside and outside door handles. Coolant, transmission fluid, oil, and rear differential fluids are all new. The only thing that doesn't work is the CD player, and the dash is cracked in several spots (normal for these body style trucks). Still has the owners manual, the entire jack and tool kit, and spare lug nut covers (trivial, but hard to find). It's a truck, so it's got a few little dings and some scratches (the pictures make it look like a show truck, but it's not), and the interior has stains that should be solved with a good shampoo job.Priced at KBB "good" private party value for Mobile, AL, which I feel is an honest assessment. I can provide any more detailed pictures upon request. I'm asking $3500 locally, for you guys it would be less than that.
Zero Knievel
Looks nice. Too bad I don't need a new(er) pickup.
