I'll be happy to go look at it.. ride it.. .flog it... and deliver it.... and ride right by Scott's dealership on the way!

Ain't much of a dealer believe me. Little independent guy, owner is a notorious doper. I wouldn't let him change my oil, but he does consignment stuff - I'm sure that's what this is. Looks all stock, I wouldn't be scared of it.

If you're serious, or semi-serious, about it I can and will absolutely head that way. I think I will be down that way "or close enough" on Friday afternoon.

Heck, even I'M tempted.

The nagging thought is why nobody's jumped on it yet. I suppose someone trustworthy SHOULD look at it and report back if it's "too good to be true" or not.

Yeah, but you'll eventually have to replace it one day. Eventually. Maybe. Probably shouldnt buy it.

Hell, the CBR1600XXX (porn star edition) will be out before Zero makes a decision...

Perhaps, but if it's got a clean VIN and has been well-kept, another XX might be my only realistic option.

The problem with photos is that from a distance, anything can look good. The devil's in the details.

Sadly, even though it's only a day's trip there and back for me, I've got bike prep this weekend for a bike trip NEXT weekend. So, I'm in no easy position to go out and see it. I might text the guy and ask for the VIN/photo of the title to be sure he's legit to sell...as it is posted on Craigslist.

Yes, it´s posted on CL. MANY dealers do that. Scott does that with his dealership.

Holy fuck the number of excuses you make......

Busting your balls aside, both Scott and I are close to the dealership.... Either of us can go look at it if you´re serious. But as there is usually at least 1 or 2 threads on here at any one time referring to your indecisiveness, it´s tough to believe you´re serious.

If I can find some time tomorrow, I´ll head down there to look at it for anyone who may actually want it.

Go see if you can trade a few of you most prized foil hats for it.

Bike prep this weekend for a trip next weekend?

You're hopeless.

Get it done so I can sit back and relax. The other option is to do it at the last minute and freak out if I need something and don't have it.
