Although I wish it was mine...

Looks like a pretty good deal if anyone is looking to get the jump on the spring bike market.
I got mine on ebay too. I think I paid around $10 for it. It is the Maisto brand 1:18 scale. I've seen them in black and silver.

A company called Welly also makes them.

A Honda version of that new BMW K1300S would be a nice place to start...

I've ridden nothing but Hondas for more than 20 years but that BMW has me tempted to leave the fold.
The package just says "Flanged Hex Nuts - Grade 5 - 1/4-20". The brand is "Hillman" they came 3 to a pack, I think it was 90 cents or so...
It fit perfectly in the hex hole on the triple tree.
Good write up, I've been looking at the other threads to figure out what parts I'd need to put a ball on the stem. I was all set to order the expanding rubber base (RAM-B-342U) until I saw this thread.
You don't happen to remember the thread size for the rod? That way I can buy the other stuff while I'm waiting on the ram parts to come in...
I have one of these. Its just a LED that changes color to show voltage. Its small enough to mount anywhere.

My first thought too. OSB is cheap, and easy to work with. Rolls of insulation batting are also pretty cheap. Who knows you might eventually want to put in a window AC unit or space heater. It would be a heck of a lot easier to install insulation before the walls go up.
