  1. You're gonna love the zx14. Never would have sold mine but I couldn't pass up the profit I made on that bike. Liked everything about that bike.
  2. your craigslist ad is a dead link and you have no price listed in this thread. might help to post what the price is lowered to.
  3. pretty sure it had between 18200 and 18300. you've probably put around 500 on it. definitely a nice bike. seems like quite a few really nice ones are making it to the for sale section lately.
  4. http://s1093.photobucket.com/user/cityboy25/slideshow/ part # 44650-MBW-000 Bought this wheel for my 2000 Bird but recently sold it so now have the wheel available for sale. The story behind the wheel is that a guy was looking at a 2000 Bird brand new in the showroom but didn't like the fact that the front wheel had a couple small scratches in the paint and would only do the deal if the dealer replaced the front wheel assembly. Dealer did replace the wheel with a new non-scratched wheel so the bike sold. The dealer stuck the takeoff wheel in the back room and it sat there until about 2 years ago when I bought the wheel. It does have a couple small scratches in the paint but nothing else. There are no dings/dents in the wheel. It never even saw the road. The part number shows it is for a 1999-2001 so not sure about the rest of the years. Basically, it is a brand new OEM wheel with very minute surface scratches in the paint. Seals and bearings are in the hubs. I'm looking to get $275 shipped for the wheel. US only.
  5. pretty funny http://www.ebay.com/itm/2003-Honda-CBR-/321782989483?forcerrptr=true&hash=item4aebc2c2ab&item=321782989483&nma=true&si=EHvCk%252FjVGqkO4mg7bkzzMyKelws%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
  6. Thanks blackhawkxx. I prefer to sell it just as it sits but we'll see. Just need to wait for the right buyer who sees it for what it is.
  7. Forgot to mention the bike has the newer green dot cam chain tensioner and I just ordered(minutes ago) a new Yuasa YTX12-BS battery for the bike as the old one seems to be crapping out and I didn't want to sell it that way. Not my style.
  8. Thanks. Contemplating pulling the pipes and seat and putting the stock stuff back on. Might give it a bit more time but just a thought.
  9. Looking to sell my 2000 CBR1100XX with 18210 miles on it. Clean and clear title in hand. Bike is located in NW Indiana. Upgrades: Corbin gunfighter/lady in carbon fiber material Two Brothers aluminum slip on pipes 6mm shock spacer Michelin Pilot Road 2 tires with less than 500 miles on them(no plugs or patches) Galfer braided brake/clutch lines new stock spark plugs new stock air filter 2001-2003 fuel pressure regulator(smoothed out throttle response) Throttlemeister heavy bar ends cruise control flash to pass switch for high beam flashing HID low and high beam(DDM 35W 5000K) EVLXX HID bulb shield EK 530 ZZZ gold chain black Pyramid rear huger 18t front sprocket GIPro gear indicator(blue color) VFR handlebars carbon fiber tank bra battery tender lead Zero Gravity windscreen newer green dot cam chain tensioner new Yuasa YTX12-BS battery installed 5/08/15 I may have forgotten some things and will add them as I remember. Bike is in excellent condition and needs nothing. I would ride this bike anywhere without worrying about any issues. Only reason for selling is that I'm just not riding as much as I used to. I am asking $5300.00 for the bike. As mentioned earlier, the bike is located in NW Indiana about an hour from Chicago. http://s1093.photobucket.com/user/cityboy25/slideshow/
  10. not trying to shit on your ad in anyway. these are some of the things I found regarding the pc2 vs the pc3. can't say for certain if the maps are interchangeable or not but the reasons below gave me concern and are the reason I haven't jumped on the item you are selling. again, no expert by any means so can't say if the maps are interchangeable or not. hopefully someone with more knowledge can enlighten us as if it's possible. great deal if the maps are interchangeable. "would a pc2 map work on a pc3,...im assuming not because the pc3 goes directly to the tps + injectors not the ecu..." "the pc3 adjusts every 250 rpm and the pc2 does it every 500 rpm and the maps wouldnt load up on the pc3" "As you all know that the pc2 maps for the AAP table and MP table to alter the fueling where pc3 alters the injection pulse signal." "pc2 fools the ecm by altering the signals pc3 alters the ecm output to the injectors " "The PC2 worked by sending false signals to the stock ECU, whereas the PC3 sends modified signals directly to the fuel injectors."
