XXitanium
I picked up a little old T100 for my oldest kid. The front bumper is rusted badly. The brush guard is rotting too. I was thinking of getting a new bumper, and also welding in a new cross bar on the brush guard. I'd like to rock guard them for durability. Do any of you guys have experience with rock guarding body parts. What brand is best? I was considering buying a painted bumper. They're cheaper and I think would require less prep work. JoWhee
I used rhino liner hard line on the chin spoiler of my v-strom. It held up quite well to the abuse, and no stone chips.

Nova Scotia Mike
I've heard it's hard to keep that stuff clean on bodywork. That's all I can contribute on this.
XXitanium
I tried Herculiner on the front bumper, air dam, and brush guard. I'll try to remember to give an endurance report at a later date. I bet this will really be hard to keep clean. It had small particles like roofing granules in it. I don't think junior will care though. I'm betting the only time it gets washed is in a good rain storm. I welded p a new cross piece for the brush guard and took off the wings. It's more of a radiator protector - bull bar now.
