For Sale - Flat Bed Trailer - $1,100

Recommended Posts

Bought this trailer from an estate sale back in March of 2010. Got it for $500 then put more than $500 into sandblasting every component and having it repainted. New deck. New lights and wiring. Deck tilts for easier loading and unloading. Simply not being used and I really could use the money rather than let it sit. I'll include the original wheel stops and the front wheel chock I bought and installed for hauling a motorcycle. Added extra tie down anchors as well.

Located near Bristol, Virginia.

Far superior quality than the crap you'll get at Tractor Supply for $800.

Here are current photos. As you can see, the sun is not helping the paint job...part of why I'd like to give it a good home for someone who will use it regularly. Some touch up and it'll be good as new.

Not to bust your balls, but I think you're over priced. This fine example of a trailer, in the slowest colour, and with slower stickers is the same price in Canadian $, so take 25% off.post-348-0-68328400-1438476496_thumb.jpgpost-348-0-60000100-1438476485_thumb.jpg

Well, that's why a $500 donation to The Human Fund makes it yours. I let it sit and didn't do much to shelter it after I got tired of always replacing the tarp I had covering it. Since it's not getting used and just sitting in the sun all day, I'd rather it go to someone who will put it to good use.

My neighbor might be interested. He's asking about bearings?

I know they were fine when we last checked them and ensured they had plenty of grease. No sign of wear back then, and it's only sat in the parking area since then.

I'll look it up. I believe I'm the 3rd owner, but I don't now if trailers have a VIN history like motor vehicles. I have photos of the parts post-sandblasting and priming. I'm sure the receipt for payment is somewhere. B)

And, yes, I'm presuming you're just fucking with me. :P

I don't have a dog in this hunt, but being a public forum, this should be clarified. The listing is for $1100, but this statement infers that $500 is the asking price. What are the terms, and do you need the listing title modified?
