superhawk996
Any particular reason for wanting super low miles?
SwampNut
The mileage desire is likely unfounded, so hence the question is a good one. Some people think a XX is like some older bikes that might not make 50k+++.

SwampNut
When I had a 2k, I wanted the digital dash. Now that I have a 2001, I want my analog dash back.
ptxyz
i like the analog dash but, always thought the tach should be front & center... to the o.p., that's becoming an increasingly tall order and i'd expect to pay at least $5k. try https://www.searchtempest.com/

Grahamham
Is Canada too far? I'm in the Toronto area looking to sell my bird, it fits these requirements. The unit is originally American, I'll have to check the mileage when I get home
Steve Smith
I'm afraid going to Canada isn't an option especially with me not having a passport.

XX4me
I'm not an expert but I don't think it works that way with regards to titles ect.
Elefant
I’ve got a 2002. Stock other than Scorpion SS slip ons (sorry no stock cans) new fork oil and springs for 180lb rider. 15k miles. It does have Ducati ST2 black saddle bags fitted if you want them. Easily removed. I am outside of Philly. Wasn’t planning on selling but close to retiring and moving so although I hate the thought, I should begin to consider thinning the herd. Which doesn’t mean I have to. Yet. 😬 $5500. Firm. If you can sell a bike titled in Canada to an American, it’s just a question of transporting the goods across the border.

Ever crossed land border? There is no "line". Canadian and USA customs/immigration are typically hundred(s) yard(s) apart. Or miles apart like at Alaska/Yukon crossing on Alcan hwy. Steve Smith
I started my first XX experience with a left-over '99 model I bought in 2000. My second was a 2003 model I did a full custom job on and was forced to sell it to (among other things) put a new roof on my house. I currently have a 2001 which is mostly apart, has been for about 3 years now, and hopefully will go back together this Summer. I had intended to do another full custom job on this '01 but some other projects pushed it onto the back burner. Since I'm doing a 90% rebuild and restoration of a '99 Grand Prix GTP coupe, plus work on my '94 Chevy Caprice wagon and a 2005 Buick LeSabre I bought 2 months ago, I realized I have no time for a full repaint, and customization of my '01 XX and I know all too well that I'll be in heat to go riding very soon. With no together bike to do so, I thought I'd buy yet another XX with great paint ( NOT BLACK!) and enjoy it this riding season. Plus , having a stock Bird will help me put my '01 back together as the official service manual just doesn't answer all the questions I'm sure I'll have when the time comes to put the '01 back together. I did find JUST what I was looking for a couple weeks ago. It's a 95% stock 2002 silver bird with a Corbin seat and bar risers, other than that it's all stock and the owner claims it's in mint condition. The pictures prove this fact as does the testimony of this local Honda dealership's service manager that while talking to me said he'd rate the bike a solid 8.5 out of 10. Only problem is, it's 1500 miles away from me! Gonna be $600 to/ get it here. The owner wanted to make sure it was in tip top shape before selling it and took it to the dealership for a once over. Turns out, it needed a new fuel pump and fuel regulator. The owner isn't raising the price because of this either. Can't stop thinking about this bike and hope to have it in my possession within the next 2 weeks. The bike has SUPER low miles, just 5111 !! It isn't cheap but I have to own it! Finding super low mileage mint condition stock bikes is pretty damn rare I think, so screw it, I have the funds and it will be mine!
