They are horribly uncomfortable because they have to be built to a medium body standard, that only works if you're exactly in that body shape. There was only a tiny bit of adjustability. And laying back while holding your arms out to type is basically a middle level of hell kind of torture. There's a reason we sit up to type. I even have trouble typing for long with a laptop at the couch in the middle recline position. This could be a fun consumption or gaming chair though, maybe.
