Larry's CB1100RD

Recommended Posts

"This is a nicely preserved CB1100RC.  If you are looking at this ad, then you should know what this is.  One of only 1500 bikes produced by Honda to be able to compete in the pro-am series races in Europe and Australia.  Unique and incredibly rare in the USA.  These bikes were the fastest thing on the road when released, riders would literally take them out of the crate and put them on the track and win.  'Rocket' Ron Haslam, Freddie Spencer, Wayne Gardner, just some of the iconic riders who raced these bikes.

No 1982 RC at Barber Motorcycle museum, there is only a 1983 RD; and the RD was never raced  The RC was the last 1100 inline four to be raced in these series before switching to the V-four configuration..

the bike would be in the UK .we used to have rego discs for bikes in aus but they got canned years ago.they were handy for covering the number plate so rear facing speed cameras couldnt get the whole plate number.
