petcock positions

If nobody can ID it for you you'll have to pull it off and see if it has two inlets and which one flows in what position, blow through them while turning the valve, or add some gas to test which position does what.  It appears to have a P on the left which would be the prime position, allows flow with the engine off and no vacuum signal.  If it's not a vacuum controlled valve then that's likely an R and should answer your question.
