JoWhee Posted June 12, 2013 Author Share Posted June 12, 2013 +17 hp I had hit the 15 hp mark, now hopefully I'll stay there. I'm pretty happy at 216lb now. Exercise is much easier, I'm walking about 2.5 miles or 45 minutes every other day, working on getting it to 3 miles in the same time frame. Knees hips ankles are pretty much pain free except when really I over do it. Climbing ladders, a big part of my job, is much easier now too. I'm not sure if I mentioned this before, I'm off the meds for diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The heat (when it DOES get hot) also bothers me much less. I had a nap the other day, well ok I fell asleep on the sofa, the little woman said no snoring and no apnea, so maybe I'll get off the Cpap too.
