John01XX
Since I now have two Bikes in the garage, I needed a decent way to have my Battery Tenders readily available for use. Wandered around Home Depot for almost an hour till I decided what to bring home and try. Total cost was under $5.00 since I had an extra shelf all stained and just waiting to be used. Scrap piece of 2x2 - .50cents Pair of L brackets with screws - $2.97 Top bracket from the roofing department was .99cents White house paint I had and a few misc wood screws along with about an hour labor, done No more extension cords running around the garage floor. slowrideCX
I am gonna have to make something for the corner of my shop once I get the f4 done I will have to pat an outlet on that side of the shop too. I have an overhead outlet right where I park the Bird and the tender is mounted on the rafter Above . I have the tender cable hanging on a bungee cord so it is therewhen I need it. John01XX
worked out well and is out of the way yet easy to get to when pulling in, either the SV or the Bird.
Pat830
So, do you fasten the tender down on the shelf before or after it falls off and dents one of your bikes?

Tender power cord is zip-tied to garage door opener bracket! the answer is "before"

tvking
That's pretty cool John. Might not be the best for those of us that are vertically challenged though......
