airborneXX Posted July 16, 2007 Share Posted July 16, 2007 Last year I bought a pair of Held Ninja gloves from New Enough. A few weeks ago I noticed that alot of the stitching was coming apart. I called Held and was told to send them back for free repair as they have a 1 year warranty. A quick call to New Enough and they emailed me a copy of my reciept, and I mailed the gloves to Held. About a week later I was notified that my gloves could not be repaired and that the Ninja model was dicontinued due to this problem I had. I had a choice of $100 credit or refund. I took the credit and added a few bucks for a pair of the Steve gloves. The new gloves got here within a couple of days.
