Guest cudgel
I've seen published weight figures for the Blackbird of around 560lbs wet. If you have weighed yours on an accurate scale, what did yours weigh? Mine is the naked version on The Sales Floor and I'd like to know how much lighter it really is. I weighed it one end at a time on bathroom scales and came up with 526 and weighed a friend's stocker on the same scales and got over 570. Both had at least a half tank of fuel. My scaled in at 530 with 1/3 of a tank of gas and stock pipes.
pug
UK mag Performance Bikes had a feature a few months ago with the XX-Haya-ZX14. All of them were between 256 to 258 kg (don't remember which was the 'lightest') full of fuel. So 258/0.45= 573.3..........33333333 lbs
Guest cudgel
Thanks guys. I see there is some difference in your weights so I guess I'll ride my bike over to the county landfill and have them weigh it. Will share results.
