Hookman49 Posted July 10, 2003 Share Posted July 10, 2003 These people are great. I won a tank bag at a local dealership just before the Hoot. $135 bag. Very very nice. Anyway, it did not come with the mounting kit. So I ordered the mounting kit on Monday and had them send it to me 2nd day air for Wednesday arrival. When it came the straps and magnets were wrong. What I found out it was an older bag that I had one and it needed different straps and magnets. So called them Thursday morning and they sent out the correct items out to me overnight air at no charge to me.
