Holly helped me screw the Gov't outta sales tax by shipping to a friend in Montana. The size she recommended fit perfect. The price was very good..... check out their clearence items. On another note though, Joe Rocket should not advertise that their gear is waterproof when it is only waterproof for the first 30 minutes in the rain and all that depends on whether it is sprinkling or if it is a major downpour. In addition, their response time and tracking emails never left me a doubt that it was on it's way. I would definitely recommend these guys and most certainly would do business with them again. They shipped it the next morning. The price for a new perfed leather jacket was equivalent to what you would pay for a mesh one. I am very pleased with them. I have bought stuff from New Enough in the past and have always been pleased with the delivery; however, talking to them on the phone was one of the nicest experiences I have ever had. I never felt rushed. They actually TALKED to me instead of treating me like another sale. Their return policy is the cats meow. If it don't fit, call em up and they will send stuff out the same day....before they get the original order back. Top notch!!!! They also had all my info on file from my previous order, so placing this order took me all of 5 to 10 minutes and most of that was talking about the product and sizing info. They may be a discount house, but you sure do get premium service. Oh yea....my size and color choice was in stock and will ship tomorrow. I should have in three business days. There are now some other vendors whose prices are as good, if not a little better, than newenough.com, but I just flat-out like dealing with them. Good people. A real person actually sends you an email note confirming your order. Shipping charges aren’t the “we’ll give you a good price on the jacket, but RAPE you on the shipping charges” you find at some online retailers. I think the shipping charges for a leather jacket, a mesh jacket, some extra armor and a pair of gloves was like $13. You still get to make a contribution to THIS forum. Pants quoted as same day shipping, boots, 1-2 days to ship. Payed for 3 express shipping to make sure I got them in time for a meet. Boots came two days later, and pants the next day. Over the phone, people nice and cordial. Didn't seemed like they were rushing to get me off the phone and cycle to another person. Cliff Notes: New Enough rocks...
