silverbird1100
There's no mention of unplugging a map sensor like my other Honda's. Do you just skip this step? I already synced without, should I re-do it? Edited May 23, 2022 by silverbird1100
superhawk996
Being that it's a mechanical adjustment and that the MAP signal can't fuck with cylinders individually I don't see a reason to unplug it. I don't know why it says to do it on other bikes, maybe it's just in the way and needs to be moved. Oh...I guess it could make the synch process more difficult since every time you make a change it'll add a change. Especially if the MAP sensor is connected to only one throttle body and it's not whichever one is un-adjustable since every time you tweak that one it could make a pretty big change across the board.
