How much did you spend in parts ? my tech gave me a price of 700.00 for gold valves, springs, steering bearing, and labor ..... I'm thinking that's high

found one for 120.00 from Rick's electric... anyone ever use rick's electric before?

had the same problem on my 2000... the crimps on the fuel line may have a small leak... I cut mine off, extent the hose and used hose clamps... honda wanted 80 bucks for the line :thumbsdown:

drain the tank and add fresh fuel...

My stator just took a crap and I'm check out prices... factory honda 200.00 with gasket electrex 145.00 Is the factory part better that the aftermarket ?

I DO ALOT OF LONG DISTANCE RIDES... AND CAN'T TRUST THE GAS GAUGE... I KNOW IF YOU KEEP IT UNDER 5000 RPM'S IT INCREASE'S MILEAGE, BUT THE FUEL LIGHT COMES ON BETWEEN 150-160 MILES.. WITH THE LIGHT ON, I RODE UNTIL I HIT 185 MILES AND STOPPED FOR FUEL... IT TOOK 5.5 GALS.(tank holds 6.5 I think) LOOKING FOR A REPAIR WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE PUMP ASSEMBLY..
