  1. Thank you sir. Regarding the ManCard, I am going to formally appeal on the ruling of the corner being removed. This space is “their” space and this work is to keep them out of “my” space. I own the foot print from the garage to god which includes the man cave and theater room upstairs. Reloading is not a skill I have acquired, but in the aforementioned garage there is a full work bench with all the tools needed to do all the manly work you see in the pictures above.
  2. There’s pretty much all the basics (and more) in that room. Drawing, painting, clay, coloring, beads, bow making, scrap booking, sewing, t shirt making, paracord, photo printing, gift wrapping, and tons of tools and supplies. I bought her a bunch of stackable parts bins to sort all the small stuff so it’s easier to find. When we converted it to a bedroom, everything was thrown in bins and there was junk they didn’t need. We went through everything and sorted all the like items into zip locks. Once the build is done then we can also add shelves above the table on the back wall and everything will be organized and easy to find.
  3. The table was built from the ground up. Got innovative with the table legs. Finding legs that looked right and were pre built would have been pricey. Instead I used a PVC 4x4 deck post cover. And eight foot section was about $44 and netted me three legs. Used 4x4 post anchors to make a leg mount under the table. The table bor isn’t quite done yet. I used inexpensive pine boards for the top. I plan to stain I gray and the am going to epoxy over the entire thing to make it one continuous smooth surface.
  4. We have a den downstairs that was a craft room and Michelle’s office. Then it was an extra bedroom for a year and Michelle moved her office upstairs. The need for a bedroom is no over so we are reclaiming it to make it an all purpose arts and crafts room for the kids (and Michelle) as well as a place for the kids to do homework. Closet is filled with Michelle’s scraping booking supplies. Also have IKEA units for the other stuff. Decided to custom build the project table. It’s two feet wide. The back wall is nine feet wide. The center part comes out another six feet from the front edge of the back section.
  5. Missed this post. Sorry about that. Yep..I am done. Bike in garage.
  6. I saw that. Thank you. The 07 had some issues but this example seems to have them covered
  7. So you know the symptoms of my sickness. I may buy it simply based on this recommendation. LOL
  8. http://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?317413-XV-2007-SXV550-black-sealant-3000-miles-spotless-all-original watching this one. Will see if they come down on price.
  9. Lol. Joe thanks for the links. Gonna look at the SXV a little closer. Not interested in the RXV. It is a trail set up that you can run on the road. The SXV is a road bike you can run on trails. Different components and specs. Harder to set up the RXV for street. I do appreciate it though.
  10. Mike, the best I can do is let you help me change the oil before the track day. I really don't like letting people ride my bikes. :-)
  11. My sickness for wanting to own uncommon, high maintenance bikes with shitty dealer, parts, and aftermarket support is well documented in PMs with Tim. Having been a previous Ape owner, I am familiar with AF1 and I have a dealer less than 10 miles from the house. I have also read everything I can about the bike and have accepted the fact that she will be in a lift about every 500-1000 miles. Btw....valve adjustments require an engine drop. Woot. Even still, it calls me and haunts my REM sleep pretending to be a wet dream and will likely be a slasher film (but one that has big breasted, naked woman screaming for their lives).
  12. I decided to start my motard search and am interested in a 2008 or 2009 Aprilia SXV 550. I know you guys are always finding stuff. If you happen to pass a deal on a nicely equipped example, please PM me with a link. No rush...taking my time though I should have pulled the trigger late last summer on a deal I found. Guy dropped his price over the course of a few months from $5K to $3500. Woulda coulda shoulda.
  13. Yea. Double checked the driveway and no stains. Correction. They want $800 just for the part. Screw it. Just going to keep an eye on it. Thanks again for the advice
  14. 2011. About 75k miles. I think it will keep an eye on it for now and maintain levels. Would be about $800 to replace. Haven't noticed any stains on driveway Thanks guys
  15. All, Checking in with our mechanics as I know nothing about this. During an oil change, the mechanic told wife that the truck has grease and fluid leak around the rack and pinion. Haven't experienced any issues or noises with the steering. Is this a full replacement of the rack or can something else be done? Thats all the info I have right now...hope it is enough to get a dialog started. Thanks
  16. Glad everything went well. Now go out and have a blast. FYI. There is a little private event we host called racerXX in March. Jennings GP is rented for a private day. $185 for mor track riding in a single day than you can imagine. Take a look in the Pub for the RacerXX thread.
  17. Sorry Jon. I have a good lead on a buyer for the whole package. Hoping to close this out in a couple weeks and give her a new good home.
  18. Really, really wish I had more time to ride. Sigh.
  19. Hey boys! Thanks for the bump and thanks for the potential lead. PM On its way.
  20. Jon, I still need to go post this on the other forums more focused on racing and track days. If I don't get any bites on those then I will consider splitting things out. You get dibs when I do. Thanks, Rick

  22. Dude. I know. Lol. Whenever I am out there I feel like I am gonna fall off and then I look at the pictures. :-) I plan on taking pics of everything this weekend. There are a lot of goodies in this package. It will be a nice deal for someone.
  23. Thanks Rich. I plan on reaching out to those sites. Just need time to do it and I want to get the post cleaned up with pics of everything that comes with the deal. Shooting for this weekend.
