  1. That would be : www.321ignition.co.uk The contact is Seb.
  2. I have alot of experience with pressure washers. For around the house 1400 psi is fine. What really makes the difference is the GPM rather than the PSI. Gallons Per Minute is what gives you the real cleaning power. You can have 5000 PSI but if only 1GPM, all you get is high pressure mist. On the other hand 1000 psi at 3.5 gpm will remove molding off cars with ease. I hear of it happening in the Car Wash business almost daily. I wouldn't buy anything under 2.5 gpm IMHO. Forget the PSI and look for the GPM rating. Usually you won't see the gpm listed on the outside of the box. PSI is cheap and easy to create but costly if you want the higher flow rate to get the job done quickly and easily.

    polish or wax

Here we go now !!!! This is right up my alley  My bike is over two years old and has never seen any water of any kind on it except for rain, which I clean off as quickly as I can. Do not use any product that is called or labeled as a polish unless you are trying to remove a flaw such as a stain, scratch or scuff. Polishes by diffenition(sp?) are for removing or hiding a flaw in the paint. Waxes or sealants are for cleaning, shinning and most importantly Protecting. The latest greatest stuff out there for daily, weekly or monthly use is the Polymer based products. The company I work for sells over 10 million dollars a year in detail products to the Car Wash Industry, wholesale only. There is a huge difference between retail products bought off the shelf and wholesale or commercial products to the Professional Detailing Industry. A company like Meqiures sells two lines of products, one to the retail stores and another to the commercial industry. Most all that you buy off the shelf is not half the quality of a commercial product. Always buy from a wholesale distributor or chemical company like the Professional Detailers do or the Car Dealerships do. It is cheaper and far better regardless of the Brand. Where I work, we carry the products lines from Mequires, Simoniz and Factory Finish. Of course I sell a commercial product called Awesome Gloss on my website that is a commercial product from Factory Finish that is similar to Mequires Quick Detailer. It is a Polymer based spray-on and buff-off product that when used with Micro-Fiber will never leave a scratch even when used on a dirty finish. The key to a scratchless finish is not so much the product used but the cloth or applicator that is used to apply and remove. Micro-Fiber is unique in that it traps the dirt particles away from the surface of the cloth while wiping so as not to drag the dirt across the cleaned surface. Choose what ever products you can find but stay away from Polishes unless you have allowed the paint to become badly stained or oxidized. But get out and find some Micro-fiber to use instead of cotton or terry or diapers. You will be amazed how much better, quicker and easier it is to clean and shine you Bike if you use Micro-Fiber. Let you wife try the Micro-fiber on a window or mirror and you will loose the towel forever. Micro-Fiber also absorbs like a chamois and is lint free as well. I publish a professional detailers catalog annually for Sonny's Enterprises, The Car Wash Factory. The largest supplier of parts and supplies to the Car Wash Industry worldwide. Soap Box fell over, ouch !
  11. I have the full akro and like it . Lost the center stand and installed spools for the Pit Bull rear stand. The only time I use it is at home when cleaning or lubing anyway. I did read a thread on the UK BIRD site about removal of the centerstand advantages last year. There was a highly aclaimed scientific study performed by the BIRD members and they concluded that there was a gain of somewhere between a 35 and 135 horsepower increase attained by the removal due to weight lose and decreased wind drag, depending on the tested RPM, Speed and current headwind  All I know is my Blackbird turned RED with envy, once mine was removed
  12. I have one spare X11 CCT if someone needs one right away for $60.00.

Seb, at www.321ignition.co.uk also sells a stainless kit for the Bird. He has both a delink kit and a stock replacement kit that I bought and installed. The stock kit uses the existing steel lines and replaces all rubber hoses.

All I have to say is "WARRANTY"
  19. Have to ask Warren all the questions. I think he is going with the full race double ball bearing turbo. Not sure as to what size swing arm but yes a longer one than stock. All I really know is it is a sweet prject and he has some good support from the company he works for as far as sponsorship goes. I wish him the best of luck.
  20. Since there is no riding going on in Canada this time of year, Warren has decided to lower his Bird in preparation for the Spring drag strip. Course the Veloscity Turbo has to go on yet. Watch for the Napa/Dupont sponsored Bird this coming year at a drag strip near you

    good deal?

The owners are good friends of mine but they do not take many orders, themselves. That is why they have a full very competant group of customer service reps answering the calls. I am not looking for any recognition from them. I send them business when I can and spoke with them this evening on my way home from work. Told them about pricing from Ron Ayers and they said they will beat any and all prices from Ron Ayers. They are currently running a campaign call the 'bounty hunters" for their employee's to generate new business. It reads like this : "5% price guarantee" We try hard to make sure that our prices are the lowest but sometimes we miss something. If you find another company offering something cheaper than us, including the shipping charges, then just call us to place your order. We will beat their price by 5%. Period Order Online at : www.hondadirectlineusa.com or Phone toll free at 888-258-6699 Free shipping and handling anywhere in the US on all orders and free shipping and only a flat rate handling fee of $5.00 on orders under $100.00. They do not take Paypal, but do take all major credit cards. If someone needed to pay with Pay-pal, I will be more than willing to use my account and then you pay me with Paypal. I would only ask that the Paypal transaction fee be paid to me, which is not much. Did I answer all your questions ? They do phone orders and online orders

    good deal?

Ok Here is the scoop from Honda Directline. There are two size push pins on the Bird. The same as the Goldwing or most any late model Honda. They are refered to as flush mount and heavy mount. They have them in stock. Directline offers free shipping on all orders over 100 dollars and charge only a 5.00 handling fee under 100 dollar orders. They guarantee there prices and will beat any price from Ron Ayers. If you know the Honda Part number of something you want then you can go to www.hondaonlineparts.com and type in the part number and get the honda list price and Directline's price. Free shipping on everything except small orders where there is only a $5.00 extra handling charge. Hope that helps you guys out. They are good people.

Honda Directline is who I went to the Hoot with last year. They give me a Venders wrist band so I don't have to pay. They also sell alot of "Awesome Ears" for me. :-) I get discount prices from them anytime. If you would like I will check out the push clips for you and find out if they fit the Bird. I bet they have them in stock.
