  1. Skull is getting a One Off integrated taillight that is suppose to ship today. Clear Alternatives doesn't do an integrated for the Bird due to expense but agreed to put together one for Skull. Yes it is spendy. Check with Joe, Rockmeup, I think he had a connection for a programable unit for the Bird. The Smoke front signals are not very dark and I have not even actually seen a set yet. Clr Alt does not have a pic of the Smoke fronts on their site but they show them on other model bikes. I prefer and have sold meny Clear fronts for the Bird here on this forum. www.clearalternatives.com for pictures Thanks for the praise of John's Bike Bits. I hope to provide even better service once things settle down with my newest website. Working 50 hours a week at my regular job then running three websites is a bitch !! I need to spend about 10 hours updating the Bike Bits site now, but will have to wait a bit.
  2. Oh thats reminds me, I will give Clear Alternatives a call tomorrow to see when they will go out. I got your check today also Thanks
  3. Warp, I took them off temporarily due to being out of stock. It will be about two weeks or so till another batch are made. I sent you a pm as well. I will post here when they are back in stock. I had an unexpected run on them about two weeks ago and sold out the last six sets. I usually sell about two sets a month and then suddenly 6 sets sold in two weeks.
  4. I just stopped by the local PepBoys and they had the short valve stems in chrome bolt on just like the brass ones I use. They were like 4.99 a set of 4
  5. A couple years ago I had the tire flys on my valve stems and the force made the valve stems bend over alot until they just stayed bent over. When my maintenance shop was putting on a new Road Pilot for me he told me to get ride of the rubber stems if I was going to use the Fly's. He had just put a new set of rims on his ZX12R and his stock rims were sitting in the corner with a nice set of brass valve stems. The stock stems have a slight 45 degree angle bent into the stem and use a lock nut to hold them rigid. Of couse the balancing of the tire has to make up for the added weight but they look and work good. No I don't have the Tire Fly's any more but the valve stems are polished up nice ! You could probably get them ordered from the Kawasucki shop as stock replacements.
  6. The Matt powder coat matches the rubber boot next to it pretty close. Look at the pic on my site of a board members yellow bike. You can get a good perspective of the color match to the boot with the yellow paint on the adjoining side.
  7. My bet is Dave is refering to the CCT.
  8. The powder coating makes for the best primer for respraying to the color you prefer. Priority out tomorrow Thank you
  9. The Matt Black finish to match the rubber boots are readily available for immediate shipment.
  10.    That does work well for the vindictive sort ! Don't ask I USED to prefer writing a message in wide tip Black marker to them and making the loop. A creative message that gets to the point
  11. It is the Last Week in May. I fly over the 25th and return the 2nd of June. See Blackbird Bash at www.superblackbird.co.uk
  12. I will be bringing some back with me even if you don't want them or can't wait till then anyway  Also i just got the Stainless Steel Clutch and Brake covers in yesterdays mail. They look sharp and will get pictures up and posted on my website by this weekend.
  13. I'd ride till at least 3000 miles then look for the sale prices on oil !
  14. Josh, No It will NOT work with an Integrater. Those are your standard 1157 fitment lights with 45 LED's that light up at once instead of the normal signal filiment You have to have the LED Taillight with the Full Size Circuit board built-in, instead of the 1157 sockets and plug in LED bulbs. Hope that makes sence to you but kinda hard to explain. I am a distributor for Clear Alternatives and hope you don't buy it thinking it will work with the signal integarter, It Won't.
  15. Definently agree with Rockmeup, I ship to Australia occasionally and if shipped by Air, It always takes at least 10-14 business days to arrive DownUnder. If shipped by boat (cheapest ) than expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. Sometimes Customs can hold things up by as much as 2 weeks as well. Try emailing the Vender for shipping date it left and method of shipment.
  16. Slit the main line coming into the house and run one side directly to the cable modem. Allow the modem to have its own line. Then run the other side of the main split to a small gain amplifier. Run the balance of the TV's off the amp. Don't be misled into thinking a big gain amp is needed. From what you described you only need about 5-7 db gain to take care of your needs. A cheap 10 or 15 db gain amp will do the job nicely. Line tech with 15 years in the Cable Industry with Cox and TCI. Pm me if you have any questions that I can help you with.
  17. Dion, OEM USA at $35.00 or $50.00 from Rockmeup for the X11 CCT Buy what you can afford. Jaws sells the OEM model not the X11. The choice should be between the 1100XX model and the X11 model and Not from Who it comes from.
  18. I Think Castrol makes a nice 15-50 as well.
  19. You are welcome to post anything at anytime, just leave the attitude on the bookself or at least with the misses. Oh and by the way you might try pushing the "Caps Lock" key one time, sincethere is no need to yell on this board ! The internet brings us all Very Close Together without having to yell. We generally prefer a soft wisper in the Ear, just watch out for the tongue !!
  20. They are $47.99 with the Club discount. Regularly $59.99. Priority Mail shipping at $3.75
  21. Bob, ALL the US spec bikes have 1157 dual element front signal bulbs as OEM. yes they are Running lights. Many of us here put a small piece of electrical tape over one of the contacts on the bottom of the Bulb (lamp) to keep the running lights off and only use the turn signal contact. European spec bikes use a single filament 1156 bulbs. Many of use like the look of the european bikes as I prefer.
  22. Rich, SEXXT and HOOT 2005 Includes a trip or two through the Gap.
  23. The Stealer will comply no problem since it is a good and profitable means of revenue. BUT.... they may also claim other issues that are not covered under warranty that are also profitable from your pocket.
  24. If it means anything, give the stealer a phone call. Anything related to emissions is automatically covered under warranty for 12 years by Federal Law. Pontiac should fix it at no cost to you. Honda informed me last year of the law when I had my 96 Civic in for a code. It was a sensor that was replaced free. Worth a Phone Call for sure.
  25. Forget the stealer - Visit your local Bike Accessories store.
