  1. I advertised these here last Sept @ $100 + shipping . Now reduced to $65 + actuall shipping cost.
  2. Looks to me like the steel support shaft should sit farther down into the seat base. At least your s.o. shouldn't need to wear a backpack now.
  3. Mike , the current owner, is just as thrilled. I'm sure he's glad his "baby" is going to someone who can appreciate what it is and will take good care of it as he has. At $5200, your getting one Hell of a deal ! Enjoy ,and best of luck with it !

  5. I was waiting for the bank to confirm paypal had put the money into my account, sorry for not getting back to you sooner.. Since my main computer is badly infected and non-opperational, I am forced to using my wife's lap top (which she always has with her Item was very carefully packed and shipped last Thurs. Hope to see some pix of that set-up after it's painted and on your steed. Thanks for the sale! Steve
  6. I ordered this from Corbin unpainted (in basic primer)and had planned to use this nice set-up on both of my bikes, well, didn't happen. Corbin's web site list price for this in unpainted form is $517. Now asking $375.00. I have been unable to find the keys so this price includes basic shipping here in the states. This is in as new unused condition.
  7. I have a stock tail light in excellent condition you can have for $25 plus shipping . Also have the license plate light assem. which is brand new, never used for $20 plus shipping. Let me know. Steve
  8. The owner said he'd do $675 + shipping. Quite honestly, pics would not show anything other than black beetle bags just like the last set I sold here for him.If it's a deal breaker, I can post pics tomorrow.
  9. Selling these for a friend. Left lid has a 3 inch scratch towards back of lid.Very nice paint. Only used for approx 2500 miles worth.Bought new in 2005. Asking $ 750 plus shipping. All hardware included. Has lock keys as well.

  11. No damage of any kind, in excellent condition. $100 o.b.o. + shipping
  12. Excellent cond. Sand & polish, powder coat, stretch, chrome, or just leave it stock. $100 o.b.o. + shipping
  13. Up for sale is a set of beetle bags. No crash damage. Interior is very nice. They were obviously used as per the variety of scratches. Left bag has some areas of gell coat splits (similar to what you'd find on the tops of the fenders and hood of an older Corvette). Plenty of life left in these. Lids close nice. Water seals are in great condition. All mounting hardware comes with them. This set is perfect for someone who loves to sport tour on their XX and isn't overly concerned about some flaws in the paint, or for the owner who will end up painting them a different color to match their non-black bike. No keys. asking $450 o.b.o. + shipping cost, no "handling" fee.
  14. This set was just gone over by me with oooo grade steel wool and my best metal polish. No road rash or crash damage. Near mint condition. Sold as set or individually. No disappointments here. Solid 8.5 on 1-10 scale. $175 for the set, or $90 per muffler plus ACTUAL shipping cost ( no "handling" fee).
  15. Thanks, I appreciate it. Time to re-bond with her after such a long time out of the saddle.
  16. After viewing various responses to my ebay add, especially feedback from a variety of people in other countries, I realize no matter how a vehicle looks, it's purpose of intent, it's attention to detail, or the owner / builder's choices in color and "bling",there will always be those that will have no regrets in voicing publically their opinions no matter how negative it may be. I find I'm a member of that group on occassion too, especially when refering to American made motorcycles, politics,or religion. At least 8 out of 10 comments pertaining to my 1 of a kind bike were possitive. I must admit I was a bit shocked when one person from England stated how impressed he was with the bike's attention to detail, but then stated it was fugly beyond belief :icon_whatsign: I withdrew the add and decided to keep my XX. I will instead be putting my semi-custom '08 Suzuki Bandit 1250S up for sale on ebay . No, it's not purple. And at least it should sell a lot easier than my XX. Different spokes for different folks.
  17. Thanks. Never thought I'd even consider selling it , especially so soon after I just finished it . Hope this damn economy gets back on it's feet.
  18. Financial problems has forced me to sell my long term custom XX project Just posted it on ebay .
