  1. I wish i could get my hands on that turbo, but I think the other half would kill me. I am also in W. Dundee. I am surprised that i haven't seen your blackbird around town.
  2. ordered. I was going to look at installing a vista cruz that i have had waiting to install for a long time, but for the price & simplicity...i'll try it. looks a lot better idea than the crampbuster.
  3. The forks as a whole are interchangeable, but the internal parts are different.
  4. First, I would really focus on stretching. 1. Do a good warm up and then a dynamic stretching sequence. 2. Try to keep your muscle loose with stretching between sets. 3. Finish your workout with static stenching. 4. You will also want to stretch again the following day. Second, you will also want to consider that there is significantly different amount of torque depending on the angle of your joint that you are working. Through your range of motion the force that you have to exert changes. Based on this, You may want to try to break up your sets so that you aren't working your whole range of motion at once, but in separate parts. This way you do not use the whole motion of your joint and can match the weight to the mechanics of your body. If you look at modern machines they use cams to accomplish this same concept.
  5. If the sale falls through, or if you dont notice a difference between those and the genmars, i'll take the bars.
  6. as of now... i have a set of bags on the way. Thanks for all the help.
  7. After looking at more pictures of the Honda bags, i have decided that the beetle bags are what i am looking for. Let me know if anyone is selling them.
  8. Thanks for the info. The lights will not be a problem as I will have a integrated taillight as soon as clear alternatives decides to send me one that works. ( i have only been waiting 4 1/2 months for a warranty replacement one. it didnt work right out of the box) And i am looking at ordering the bags from DSS, if i dont find any used ones. and the hardware to mount the bags isnt permanently out of stock.
  9. I am have a tie in preference, with a little lean towards the Honda panniers. now after looking at them more. I would really like to get my hands on the Honda Panniers if anyone is willing to let go of theirs.
  10. Hey Guys, I am looking for a used set of Corbin Beetle Bags, preferably silver, but will take any color. My other choice would be the stock Honda panniers. But i'll consider any hard luggage And I am also looking for a carbon fiber or silver hugger. If anyone has either laying around and wants to sell them, Please let me know. Thanks, Billy

    Slip ons ?

Blue flames are awesome. Plus if you get the duals you can change the baffel arrangement and change the volume.
  12. Does anyone have an extra battery tray they are willing to part with. I have a '97 bird. I want to try to work out a way to use a stock light, eventually a clear alternatives integrated LEd unit. Please let me know if anyone has one. Or any good ideas to find one for a good price. Thanks everyone.
  13. I got ear plugs from teh last motorcycle show. They custom make them to your ear and are very comfortable. They were a bit pricey, but i they work very well. If you are interested in this route, i can get the name of the company that made mine when next week.
  14. I would also say to look at blue flame. I got a stainless dual oval set and they are louder, but not too loud. Another great feature of them is the quick change baffels. You have the choice of all four open, top two baffeled, lower two baffeled, or all baffeled. If you are looking to hear some of the pipes on a blackbird, try this site. Blackbird Exhaust sounds
