I just heard that lately but I have been using brake cleaner on car rotors for about 30 years with no ill affect, so.............

My son had a real simple 36 hp dry set-up on his 600 F4-I. He cut out part of his rear fender (above and forward of the tire a little) for the bottle, had a switch to use the horn button, put it on the dyno to make a map for the P.C. that he could switch back and forth for the street with his lap top. The thing would fly but the downside was the during the race, as the pressure and temp changed, so did his ET. It is hard to win races that way.

I made mine shorter using my stick welder a couple of years ago. Works great.

SeaFoam is great. About a month ago, I stopped and got gas in my Wing a half of mile from my house. Within a couple of blocks, the bike felt like it was running on three cylinders. I almost couldn't get it home. When I did, I put in a half of can of SF and started it up and within five minutes, everything was fine. I always keep a can in the garage.

Doesn't your Pit Bull have plastic on the lifting tabs? My (non pit bull does) and it never moves or slides when I work on it. Do you have the 6mm shim in the rear? That would make your swing arm at more of a angle.

My Dyno-Jet kit really helped my97. Totality removed the flat spot. People say it makes the mpg worse, I never check it and don't care.

The point is that for $30 and very little work, he can find out.

Alot of people go with the 16 front. It's cheap and easy (like some people around here).
